The master cartons were terrible. All cartons were opened and broken. We will eventually do another inspection when we use them. The items were for a promotion and since the delivery was 3 weeks late, we cannot use them for 12 months.
The open cartons were not because of US customs. There was no markings from US customs that they opened any box. We have seen when US customs does this work. These boxes were not well-made, not great for export cartons.

I am really sorry for delaying. The goods have been inspected by US customs for a few weeks. All cartons have been opened and repackaged. This may caused the damaged cartons.
